More than 100 people celebrate Cook Residential's first year
Around 100 people celebrated a county estate agency's first year in business.

She said: "It was very overwhelming. I never anticipated that we would be quite where we are.
"We've put in a lot of hard work and it's paid off.
"We have experienced a stable housing market and more confidence in it and that's continued."
Michelle added the agency had grown because of its reputation and now had plans to grow at a faster rate over the next year than it had over the past 12 months.
She said September was a good time to buy or sell a home as people were back from holiday, youngsters were back at school and many were looking to move before Christmas.
Michelle said she had noticed an increase in investment buyers in what was a strong summer period for sales.
"There's a lot more people putting their money into investment properties of all sizes.
"We are in a good position because we cover the whole market from homes for £70,000 up to £3million."
