1970s jukebox in tune with customers at Gloucester vintage store
SHOPPERS are dancing to a different beat thanks to a 1970s jukebox arriving in town.
Fab and Faded antique centre and flea market in Longsmith Street has recently placed the free music player in the cafe part of the shop.
It plays a wide choice of 1960s and 1970s music and has a collection tin next to it, with all takings donated going to Maggie's cancer charity in Cheltenham.
Shop owner Dudley Taylor said: "I was a bit wary of placing it at first because I was not sure of people's reaction.

"I had an 80 year old lady asking me to turn it up!" The jukebox has sparked much interest from younger customers too.
Dudley said: "They have come in to take pictures of it because they have not seen one before, only in movies.
"From what the customers choose to play on the jukebox allows me to find out more about the customers and what they like."
