“Good point, GDM. Doesn't even tell us what day this attack happened, so how are we supposed to know if we were in the area at the time? The incident no. quoted relates to 12th March, but this could be the date it was reported & logged, not the actual date of the attack.

Come on TiG, give us some more details, in the hope that somebody comes forward to identify these two animals.

Hope the victim of this seemingly random attack is OK, and that his 2 attackers get what is coming to them.”

“It would be useful if the PCSO's in this town took a pro-active stance on yobs of all ages riding on the pavement in the High street near Tescos- and elsewhere, instead of standing around chattering to each other or friends in the Promenade, as I have observed on several occasions !”

“Perhaps if the article had told us what time the incident took place we might be able to say whether we were in the area.”
