A46 re-opened at Salmon Springs near Stroud
UPDATE 11.32am - road has now re-opened.
The main A46 was this morning closed to all traffic at Salmon Springs, between Stroud and Pitchcombe, after a large tree fell near the entrance to the industrial estate and completely blocked the road.
Police attended the incident after 10.30 this morning. It is understood some ground clearance work being carried out at the time.
The road has now opened.
