Alcohol and iPad snatched in cricket club break-in
BOOZE from a sports club and an iPad, used by a playgroup, have been stolen by theives in Cinderford.
Burglars struck at the Forest Vale Road cricket club in the town between 3.30pm Wednesday afternoon and 9am on Thursday morning. A spokesman from Gloucestershire Constabulary confirmed yesterday thieves got into the club through a side door.
They took a bottle of spirits including Malibu, whisky and gin and also a black iPad, its cover and charger, which is used by the playgroup, also based at the cricket club.
The spokesman added the police were investigating the theft.

Anonymous information can also be given to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, who can offer rewards of up to £1,000, where information leads to a conviction.
