Andrew Lawrence 'There's No Escape' comes to Cirencester's Sundial Theatre
EVER thought your life so awful you sometimes wish you could disappear completely and never be found?
Well, hopefully not. But that depressing notion is the premise of comedian Andrew Lawrence's stand-up show, There's No Escape which is heading to Cirencester's Sundial Theatre.
The gig by the double Edinburgh Comedy Award-nominee takes place at the venue next Friday as part of a new nationwide tour.
You may recognise Andrew from his appearances on BBC's Live At The Apollo and you may have heard his own BBC Radio 4 series, How Did We End Up Like This?
The show, if you missed it, sees Andrew muse on anything and everything with jokes, sketches and songs.
One minute he may be talking about what we eat, the next singing a moving song about the extinction of the mammoth.
Tickets to see the gig at 8pm next Friday cost from £13. Call 01285 654228.
■ Tickets are now on sale for the Hobgoblin Cheltenham Comedy Festival which takes place from November 11 to 16.
The line-up includes Barry Cryer, Mark Watson, Richard Herring, Sean Hughes and Tom Stade.
