Andrew returns to estate agents
The Property Centre has welcomed the return of a former employee to one of its Gloucestershire offices.
Andrew Heard, pictured, has rejoined the agency at its Longlevens branch in Gloucester.

Andrew has more than 17 years' experience of the Gloucester property market, with ten of those spent at The Property Centre.
Andrew said: "I really enjoy meeting people and as an estate agent I get to meet people from all walks of life.

"I have lived in Gloucester all of my life. The best part of living here is its closeness to the Cotswolds.

He added that 2013 would be a stable year for the property market and three-bedroom semi-detached family homes in Longlevens would sell particularly well. "I see the levels of activity being similar to those we saw last year," he said. "I don't expect to see any significant price rises. But I also don't think the market will lose any value either."
