Antiques prove a treat in Nailsworth
ANTIQUES and collectables are luring extra customers to Nailsworth.
The fourth in a new series of bric-a-brac fairs at the town hall on first Friday of the month drew around a dozen stallholders, organiser Larry Dyer said.

vintage: Jane Clay, of bussage4collectables, with a Pears' Soap advertising poster.

variety: Rosemary Sims, of Nailsworth, above, with a model wooden galleon from her stall; Ben Parker with son Richard, 4, looking at jewellery, below.

catching up: Andrew Ablett, of Andy's Attic, Nailsworth, reading a copy of The Gloucester Journal, recounting the Queen's visit in 1955.
"Each time we do it we seem to get different people in," said Mr Dyer, who has recently moved from Nailsworth to Stonehouse. "It means there's something different for customers each time," he said.
News
News of the antiques and collectables fair had spread by word of mouth between sellers and shoppers, said Mr Dyer.
"We're pleased so far. We started with just three of us and the most we had was 15 stalls."
