Last week's feature, produced in association with Rickerbys solicitors, explained how thousands could lose out on their right to reclaim care fees which have been incorrectly paid, as a result of new government deadlines.
The Department of Health announced deadlines for individuals to notify the relevant Primary Care Trust if there was a period of care between April 1, 2004, and March 31, 2012, where there is evidence they should have been eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare.
