Audi salesman admits £37,500 fraud
A former Audi car salesman has admitted defrauding his bosses out of £37,500.
At Gloucester Crown Court Gary Smith, 42, of Dorothy Crescent, Worcester, pleaded guilty to fraud against Parklands Audi, off the A40 bypass in Gloucester, by abusing his position as a salesman between July 12 last year and April 2 this year.
The charge said that he carried out false cashback transactions to make a gain for himself of £37,500.
He was bailed by Judge William Hart for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

Judge Hart told Smith that he and another man who has admitted related offences will both be sentenced on September 20.
