Balaclava-clad ram raiders escaped with cash being loaded in to an ATM at a bank this morning.

Police called in the force helicopter to chase the pair, who are currently at large.

A member of the public reported the robbery at the Olympus Centre retail park at about 9.25am today (Friday October 5).

A car, believed to be a green and silver 4x4 model, was driven into the door of the building before two men wearing balaclavas were seen entering and snatching a substantial amount of money being loaded into a cash machine. The car then made off from the area.
