Bath Road market celebrates its one year anniversary
CHAMPAGNE corks popped as people flocked to celebrate the first anniversary of a bustling Cheltenham market.
Owners of the Bath Road Market, opposite the Norwood Arms pub, held an all-day party to mark reaching the milestone.
It also marked the launch of its seven-day opening week.
People enjoyed browsing an Aladdin's cave of goodies, including quirky home accessories and antiques.

Delicious smells wafted across the market, as organisers offered homemade pizzas and barbecued burgers.
Adam Nicholson, who runs the market, said: "The event went off really well. We had a great turnout.
"I think people have really welcomed us being here so far and will hopefully be pleased we will now be open throughout the week."
Adam said the market's popularity was down to the unique products on offer.
"A lot of high streets all look the same nowadays," he added "But we've got the kind of things you just wouldn't get anywhere else."
