Big white collar boxing night planned for Cheltenham Racecourse
Cheltenham Racecourse is set to stage the biggest 'white collar boxing event'Gloucestershire has ever seen.
The 'Night with the Champions" event at The Centaur on Friday, March 22, will see fighters from the Cheltenham-based Valhalla boxing club battling it out before an audience of thousands.
Susie Bradshaw, conference and events manager at Cheltenham Racecourse, said: “We are thrilled to be hosting the ‘Night of the Champions’ boxing event, this is the biggest and first of its kind in Gloucestershire and we are very proud to be associated with it. The diverse range of events hosted at Cheltenham is definitely a testament to the adaptability of our venue.”
There will be two title fights on the fight card and two title eliminators on the night plus many bouts from lightweight to super heavyweight.
Sunday and Monday evenings £12.00 per head for an all inclusive meal with Indian and Thai cuisine (normal price £14.50).

The landmark venue, home to the legendary Cheltenham Festival, launched its ‘LIVE’ division in 2011, last year hosting the well-known funny man Dara Ó Briain and king of boogie-woogie Jools Holland in the venue’s Centaur.
