Bishop's Cleeve go down at home to Wimborne Town
Bishop's Cleeve 1 Wimborne Town 3
Bishop's Cleeve's two-game winning run was ended by Wimborne Town thanks to Mark Gamble's hat-trick at Kayte Lane.
Both teams were looking to build on mid-week victories and Mitres boss John Brough made one change from the team than won 3-2 at Evesham United, replacing Lorcan Sheehan with Adam Mayo.
Cleeve took an early lead after a run down the right wing by Alex Hoyle resulted in a handball by Wimborne and Joe Hanks calmly stepped up and scored from the spot in the fourth minute for his fourth goal in two games.

Wimborne then came more into the game winning numerous corners all of which were well defended by Cleeve.
However Jamie Davidson caused a lot of trouble running at the Cleeve defence and eventually Wimborne equalised on 40 mins when Gamble picked up a loose ball 30 yards out and smashed a great half volley into the left hand corner of the Cleeve goal, leaving Louie Barnfather with no chance.
Cleeve stepped up their performance in the second half with both Ed Williams and Jacob Morgan running down the wings but with all the pressure they still did not trouble Dan Ackerman in the Wimborne goal.
They were left facing an uphill task on 79 minutes when a pass from Jamie Davidson found Gamble who clinically finished in the right hand corner.
Brough made changes and went three at the back bringing Ben Tunnicliff on for Lewis Binns and pushed Jake Lee up front with Adam Mayo and Nick Hill.
With Cleeve pushing for the equaliser a long punt out of the Wimborne defence was picked up by Gamble who rounded Barnfather for his hat-trick.
