Breast cancer awareness campaign takes to the streets of Gloucester
AGE is no barrier to breast cancer – that was the message served up to shoppers by specialist nurses yesterday at The Eastgate Shopping Centre.
Nurses and health experts were delivering the message that one in three women who get breast cancer are over 70.

Cancer nurse Ania Adams was part of the awareness campaign in Gloucester.
"Some shoppers we have spoken with are aware of the risks, but many are not," she said. "The message is for women to keep checking themselves, regardless of their age."
