BIBURY extended their lead to six points at the top of Division One of the Cheltenham Football League with a 9-1 win over Bishop's Cleeve III.

Second-placed AC Olympia lost for the second week in a row, 4-3 at home to Kings AFC, and Butlers FC beat Falcons 4-2 to overtake them on goal difference.

Northway overcame bottom side Apperley and Tewkesbury Dynamos 4-1, to leave Dynamos without a point so far.

They will need to pull off a shock this week if they are to change this when they face Bibury at Apperley Playing Fields.

In Division Two Gala Wilton Reserves and Hanley Swan are still neck and neck at the top.

Both teams recorded victories and Gala lead the division on goal difference.

Neither Gala or Hanley are in action this weekend, but bottom club Staunton and Corse host Brockworth Reserves and know a victory could see them overtake three teams if other results go their way.

FC Lakeside still hold a 100 per cent record in Division Three following their 4-1 victory over bottom club Elmbridge OB.

This week they host Cheltenham Civil Service Reserves, who sit seventh following a mixed start to the season.

Service manager Wayne O'Shea will be hoping his players find their top form and achieve something that no one else has achieved this season by taking points from Lakeside.

Much will hinge on the strike force of Dan Warren, Kev Parton and Mark Walsh, who between them have scored 25 goals so far this season.

Leaders Charlton Rovers Reserves slipped to a 3-0 defeat at home to Cheltonians FC and saw their place at the top of Division Four taken by Priors, who overcame Cheltenham Civil Service III 3-2.

Priors will hope to retain their place at the top when they travel to Sherborne Harriers this weekend.

With four points from 11 games Harries will need to pull off a major shock if they are to come away from the game with anything.

Bottom club Bourton Rovers Reserves lost 13-1 to Fintan and their season does not get any easier this week as they face third-placed Welland.

The top two in Division Five face each other at Agg Gardners as second placed Pittville United host Newlands Athletic.

Cheltenham United maintained their 100 per cent record in Division Six but will face a real challenge this weekend when they face a Hatherley FC team that have lost one game all season.

Regency Town were unable to get their first points last week as they went down 8-1 at home to Tewkesbury Town. This week they travel to Andoversford Reserves, who sit immediately above them in the league with three points.
