Brockworth's £200,000 playground revamp revealed

DETAILS of the £200,000 revamp of Brockworth's playgrounds have been unveiled.

They were presented to the parish council last night by Pond Landscaping and will be fine-tuned over the next week

The parish council has decided to do the project in two phases.

The first will see £135,000 of play provision installed at the play park at Abbotswood Road playing field and at the Clyde Road end of Mill Lane playing field.

Work is due to begin on February 18 and take five weeks.

Phase two will include a multi-use games area for Pound Farm and outdoor gym for Pound Farm or Mill Lane.
