Car on fire following crash at Park Road in Gloucester
Firefighters were called to Gloucester in the early hours of this morning after fears a person was trapped in a car, which was on fire.
The car was left severely damaged by the blaze, which followed a car crash just after midnight in Park Road.

A spokesman for Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the crew of 15 believed the person to be trapped inside the alight vehicle when they were initially called out.
However on arrival they discovered the occupants had managed to get out of the car after the smash.

The crew spent 20 minutes on scene putting out the fire and dampening down the area.
