Barnardo's shop manager Laura Parry said: "The donation station was officially opened by Dr David Barnardo, the great-great-nephew of the charity's founder Dr Thomas Barnardo, last April, but we were actually trading from February.
"We wanted to celebrate our first anniversary by arranging a special thank you for all of the team who have worked so hard to support the charity.
"It is thanks to their dedication that we have been able to achieve so much."
The donation centre is open Monday to Saturday, from 9am until 6pm, and Sundays, from 10am until 4pm.
