Challenge gives Stewart chills
A HARDY swimmer from Cheltenham braved the waters at one of the town's most iconic landmarks as he prepared for a gruelling challenge.
Stewart Chandler, 42, is planning to take part in a 10k swim at the River Dart, in Devon, on Saturday to raise money for cancer charity Cobalt.

MAKING A SPLASH: Stewart Chandler takes a dip in the Neptune fountain ahead of the 10k swim
The father-of-two is taking part in the event in memory of his mother-in-law Janet Wyatt, who was supported by Cobalt before his death.
After training for the event since May, he donned his wet suit and took one last dip at Neptune's Fountain to make sure he was ready.

Stewart, who lives in Charlton Kings, said: "I have never done anything like this before so it should be tough.
"It was pretty cold in Neptune's Fountain but I'm sure it will be even colder on Saturday.
"It's for a great cause though. I very much admire the work of Cobalt so I thought it would be fitting to try and raise some cash for them."
Stewart is hoping to raise £1,000. To sponsor him, visit the website at www.justgiving.com/Stewart-Chandler-swim.
