Chef's approval for new school kitchen
TEACHERS and pupils are delighted with a new kitchen at Pittville School.
The school was built in 1938 and some of the equipment in the kitchen had remained unchanged since then, catering manager Dot McDougall said.
She added catering staff had been "desperate" for a new kitchen, and were delighted when the Cotswold chef Rob Rees came to open it.
She said: "The new kitchen is brilliant, it has made a tremendous difference, everything is just so much better."
