Chefs from the Star Bistro to appear on ITV's Food Glorious Food
BUDDING chefs from Cheltenham will appear on national TV tomorrow in a new cookery series.
Four students from the National Star College will compete on Food Glorious Food, a new series created by Simon Cowell.
Hosted by Carol Vorderman, Loyd Grossman and Tom Parker-Bowles, the show is looking for the country's favourite recipe. The winner will receive £20,000 and have the dish made and sold by Marks & Spencer.
The team from National Star work in the college's Star Bistro. They are Georgina Ivins, 16, Rachel Janes, 20, and Tristan Blick, 19. The fourth member is Joe Cook, who finished his college course in July but took part in the filming.

Their creation is a Pimm's jelly – a jelly for grown-ups. It comes with a orange sauce and tuile biscuit.
The four are keeping tight-lipped about how well they did in the series and they are certainly not letting the fame go to their heads.
"It was just another day of cooking really," said Tristan. Food Glorious Food is on ITV1 at 8pm tomorrow.
