Cheltenham Borough Council website experiences faults
Cheltenham Borough Council is experiencing problems with its website.
The council's IT systems are temporarily unavailable meaning some pages are not working.
The online payment system was one area not working on Tuesday afternoon.
A spokesman for the council said: "We will not be able to reply to emails, but you can contact us by telephone.
