Sports stars from two of Gloucestershire's biggest clubs took time out to meet their fans in Cheltenham.

There was plenty of time for some good-natured banter between the players of Cheltenham Town FC and Gloucester Rugby in The Brewery complex.

The players were at the Fitness First centre – which many of the stars use to keep in shape – to help promote Children in Need.

Robins' captain Shane Duff had time to challenge Gloucester's French star Olivier Azam in Fitness First's Wii Fit Championships.

Demelsa Coleman, from The Brewery, said: "Many of the players use the gym at Fitness First, so are familiar faces to their members.

"However, to get the Cheltenham Town and Gloucester Rugby players here at the same time was a unique occasion for sports fans – and a great way to raise some money for Children in Need."
