Cheltenham Town: Jason Taylor answers fans' questions
Do you think you have started to prove your worth now after a slow start to your career at Cheltenham Town?
I think it's about playing games. The more I play the better and consistent I will be. I am obviously not a flashy player that some people like, but I am in there to do what I do best. It's a team game and everyone can't be the same kind of player, so I do the things I am good at and let others get on with what they are good at.
If you could play alongside any two of the following midfielders, who would you choose: David Beckham, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs.
I'd go for David Beckham, because he had it all and I don't think he was given enough credit for his technical ability. The other would be Paul Scholes, who was a box-to-box midfielder who scored plenty of goals too. I am actually a Manchester City fan I'd like to stress, despite those two choices!

If you could change anything about football, what would it be?
I wouldn't change much, but I think goal line technology should come in more to all the divisions. It shouldn't be used to time waste, but I think it can be effective, helping the referees out to make the right decisions in a matter of seconds.
Who do you think has been your toughest midfield opponent?
I always like testing myself against the higher level players in cup games, but in terms of League Two, I have a battle every week really so it's hard to pick one out!
What areas of your game do you think you need to work on the most?
Everything can be improved and I can better at all aspects of my game in general. Everyone wants to play as high as they can and I am no different.
Have you always played in midfield?
When I was a kid I played at centre-half. I have been everywhere really, but settled in midfield.
Do you like heavy metal music?
No, I'll leave that to Steve Elliott!
Who is the strongest player at Cheltenham Town?
I'll go for myself.
How fast could you run the 100 metres?
I have no idea, but I am not the quickest. There are a few who could beat me on one leg!
Who is the best player you've played with?
Anthony Pilkington, who is now at Norwich City in the Premier League. He is technically the best I've played with, when we were at Stockport County.
What do you think of Steve Evans?
He is different to other managers I've played for, with his own methods and techniques. He has taken Rotherham out of League Two, so he is doing something right. We had our ups and downs, but that's the case with all managers because it's a way of life, people play on the edge and people clash now and again, but it's just how football is.
If your house was burning down, what would you save first?
When did you start shaving your head?
Since I was at secondary school. I could grow if I wanted to and I used to have a little quiff as a kid, but it wasn't for me.
How have you found settling into a club in the south?
It was a new experience for me, but the lads and the staff here have been brilliant and it's a nice part of the country to live so I can't complain.
Did you ask to go out on loan and if so, do you now feel committed to Cheltenham?
I did, out of frustration because I wanted to be playing games, as every footballer does.
Every time I play I am 100 per cent committed to Cheltenham Town.
