Pack was named in the League Two team of the year last year for his influential performances, which helped the Robins reach the play-off final at Wembley.

He has made 115 starts and 12 substitute appearances for Cheltenham, scoring 11 goals since arriving from Portsmouth at the beginning of last season after a successful long-term loan during the 2010/11 campaign.

“Hmmm so how does this equate to what the club said yesterday,"we are serious about getting in the automatic places" so we decide to sell our best central midfield player.
And despite what others say Pack is still a top quality player who will play at least Championship standard, his only failing is that little bit of pace.
Good luck to Marlon, but even playing Carter in his position he will be missed, but every team evolves I guess...Please say Robins got a good price for him!”

“This is a bit of a surprise - it was only yesterday that he said he couldn't wait to play in the same side as Paul Benson .!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personally I don't think Marlon has been anywhere near as good this season as last . However , he has always given his best so good luck for the future .”
