Cheltenham Town video: More home woe for weak Robins
Cheltenham Town 1 Southend United 3
Cheltenham Town suffered their second successive home defeat as Southend United hit back from a goal down to extend their winning run to four matches.
Jermaine McGlashan put the Robins ahead in the 15th minute, finishing Sam Deering's cross with a well-struck low drive that crossed the line despite the best efforts of Chris Barker on the line.

Cheltenham were on top for most of the first period and played some attractive football, but they conceded in the 44th minute and lost all composure.
Scott Brown made an excellent save from Britt Assombalonga, who had beaten Keith Lowe. A ball into the box was then well cleared by Lowe, but Kevan Hurst's cross was not dealt with and right-back Sean Clohessy found the bottom left corner.
Things worsened for Cheltenham after half-time and they found themselves 3-1 down within seven minutes of the restart.
Hurst's free-kick was nodded against the far post by Ryan Cresswell via Brown's outstretched palm, but Assombalonga was on hand to convert the rebound from close range in the 49th minute. Appeals for a foul on Steve Elliott were waved away by referee Scott Duncan.
And three minutes later another Hurst delivery was too good for the Cheltenham defence, who allowed Mark Phillips to power a header past Brown.
Hurst could have made it four in the 55th minute, but his shot flashed wide of the left post.
Cheltenham did improve thereafter, but a comeback never looked likely.
Kaid Mohamed sent a shot over in the 61st minute after being set up by Sido Jombat, but the dominant Cresswell almost added another in the 69th minute as his goalbound header hit team mate Gavin Tomlin on the line.
Jombati headed over the bar from a Billy Jones free-kick an Barker cleared off the line from Shaun Harrad.
Substitute Jeff Goulding saw a backheel saved by Paul Smith deep into stoppage time, but Cheltenham's clearest chances arrived in the first half and Southend ran out convincing winners.
