“Exactly Al. What we need is a player in the mould of Burgess that can be a perfect partner for Duffy. Then he can get back to his predatory ways in front of goal that we all know he has. Not long for MY to sort it out, hopefully the wait will be worth it.”

“From the article Alberto, and from what I've read on the BBC site, it seems as if Chelts offer is the only 1 on the table for Benson, as he previously turned down Bradford. Benson is just the kind of target man we need, someone who can help both Duffy and Harrod get into double figures by the end of the season. Think we also need a young Championship level striker to help out for the rest of the season, plus an experienced CB to cover for Elliott and Bennett.”

“But not on his own Aldertonian,he needs a better and bigger player than Harrod up front with him.
Duffy is a scurrier, someone who snifs out the knock downs not a lone striker or even one of a pair of small strikers,I'm not saying we should become a long ball team but M Y could do with a big guy who can hold the ball and bring in others, unforunatley we are CTFC and we dont splash the cash to much, finacially extreamly sound, but for ambition not so good, one quality striker would make a massive differece, but they dont come cheap.”

“An awful waste of talent, if he is played he will score goals, simple.”
