Fire at Cheltenham flat could be arson - police
Arson has not been ruled out by police investigating a fire at a Cheltenham flat which left a man and three children in need of hospital treatment.
Officers say they are working to find out the cause of the blaze, which was reported at a flat in Hobart House, Princess Elizabeth Way, in the early hours of this morning.
The building was evacuated and a man and three children were taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation. They were released a while later.
The occupants of the rest of the building were able to return to their homes.

An investigation is currently being carried out to ascertain the cause of the blaze and officers are eager to speak to anyone who was in walking or driving through the area late last night into the early hours of this morning.
The incident took place just before 12.20am.
