Cheltenham landscape gardener given life line
CHARLTON Kings landscape gardener Oliver Allchurch has been thrown a lifeline after his plumbing course had fallen on its head.
The 35-year-old had been looking to retrain as a plumber, and forked out £5,500 for a course with Trading Qualities Limited (TQ).

The course was supplied by Apprenticeship Training Limited (ATL), but complications between TQ and ATL meant Oliver could not complete his course.
ATL has now offered to allow him to finish his course, although he might have to travel to Leeds instead of Hartpury.
