Cheltenham's Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards wins Splash!
HE'S more accustomed to flying through the air than most.
So perhaps it was not a huge surprise to viewers when Cheltenham-born Eddie "The Eagle" Edwards triumphed in the final of ITV's hit diving show Splash!

The former Olympic ski jumper beat Benidorm star Jake Canuso and TV presenter Linda Barker in the public vote after a series of impressive dives.
The 49-year, who lives near Stroud, was over-the-moon.
