Cheltenham's Stuart Holmes Hair and Beauty Spa shortlisted for 'Hair Oscars'

SALON staff shortlisted for a top hairdressing award say they are 'blown away' by the news.

The Stuart Holmes Hair and Beauty Spa in Cheltenham is hoping to win regional salon of the year at The Hair Awards 2013 – dubbed the Oscars of the hair industry.

They will have to wait until March 4, when they will attend a glamorous London awards ceremony, to find out who has won.

Stuart Holmes said: "We are completely blown away to have been shortlisted from salons across the whole of the UK and be named as one of five finalists.
