The BPE Solicitors LLP legal expert is organising a charity dress sale at The Lansdown Bar in Cheltenham on Sunday 4 November (10:30am-5pm).

Now she wants to hit 350 dresses by Monday.

The star pieces, along with several wedding dresses and ball gowns that have been donated, will be auctioned at 4pm on 4 November.
Potential bidders are welcome to try the dresses at the sale.
Anna has also received pre-loved and brand new dresses from friends and colleagues and even people she has never met who have been following her Twitter account @201dresses.
Anna is raising money for Sue Ryder, Alzhiemer’s Society and Emmaus Gloucestershire.
Adult dresses of all shapes, sizes, colours and styles are welcome. Donors can take their unwanted dresses to Starbucks on Cheltenham High Street or Ella Hair on the Bath Road by Monday 15 October 2012.
Anna said:
“I am still looking for donations of new and pre-loved dresses. I've been overwhelmed by the number of donations from local people and businesses and I'm on track to raise over £2,000. All I need now is lots of ladies to come and buy the dresses on the day! I'm really excited about the big day.
"The deadline really must be next Monday 22 October though! That means getting dresses in the post soon, or dropping to Starbucks (Cheltenham High Street) by 5pm on Monday, or Ella Hair (Bath Road, Leckhampton) by 5pm Saturday! Full details of how to donate can be found here - 201 Dresses - how to donate
"These fantastic causes mean a lot to me, and to many of the people who have donated already. It seems that most people in Gloucestershire have personal reasons to be grateful to Sue Ryder or Alzheimer’s Society and of course we all hope we would never face homelessness, so people are pleased to support Emmaus too.”
Anna has been delighted to received donations of a number of pre-loved wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses. Most excitingly, Jane from Wedding Days of Cheltenham (on Cambray Place) has generously donated a brand new, never worn Maggie Sotero bridal dress which has an RRP of £999.
Brides-to-be will be welcome to try the dress on during the sale and Wedding Days will be on hand from 3pm for consultation.
The dress will be auctioned at 4pm.
Also at the sale and auction, which take place in a month’s time on Sunday 4 November (free entry) shoppers can also treat themselves to a mini-makeover photoshoot all in aid of the good causes.
Luke Reynolds, who has a salon on Prestbury Road, will be offering styling in return for a £10 donation to the charities.
Tracy Elizabeth Photography will doing studio portrait photography for individuals and groups for a £10 donation with a free photograph.
Visitors to the sale are welcome to bring their children along for family photographs.

“Thank you to everyone who has been donating their dresses! I am delighted to say that I have now smashed even the revised target of 350 dresses! There are some FABULOUS dresses to be bought at the sale - at bargain prices! To keep up-to-date with the news please follow the blog (linked above in the article).
As I have hit the target (and beaten it by 75% if my maths is correct!) I am no longer accepting donations (to give myself a chance to catalogue and label all the dresses!) but ask that anyone takes their unwanted dresses to a charity shop in Cheltenham. My personal preferences for Cheltenham would be to Sue Ryder (High Street or Clarence Parade nr Royal Well Bus Station) or to Emmaus Gloucestershire (Henrietta Street) although frankly, any reader who decides to take their unwanted clothing to a charity shop rather than throw them out or put them in a clothing bin is being very generous in my view!
Thanks for the support and looking forward to seeing lots of readers at the sale on Sunday 4 November 2012!”

“This is a brilliant story! Let's hope lots of people get behind Anna, donate their dresses and, best of all, come along to the Lansdown on Sunday 4th November. Come on ladies, have fun shopping and supporting three great local charities.”
