A DANCING dragon helped welcome in the Chinese New Year of the Snake at the Golden City restaurant in Churchdown.
Enigmatic, intuitive and introspective are the attributes of those born in the Year of the Snake and according to tradition, it promises a quiet and predictable 12 months ahead.
