CINDERFORD ended their run of three National One games without a win with a bonus-point victory over Blackheath at Dockham Road.
There was no sign of former Foresters' fly-half Rory Teague but it did not matter as the forwards dominated proceedings with five out of seven scores coming from catch and drive line outs.

The home side opened the scoring after three minutes through scrum-half Sam Arnott with halfback partner Mark Davies converting.
But the visitors levelled the scores through openside David Allen with fly-half Oliver Grove on target after seven minutes.
Cinderford captain Will Foden was yellow carded on 17 minutes and Blackheath took advantage with their second try through Allen with Grove unsuccessful.
Davies chipped into it with a 23rd minute penalty before the away side's centre Richard Windsor crashed over five minutes later and Grove improved it.
With Foden returning, team-mate Tom Bozzard dotted down from a maul just before the break with Davies off target for a 19-15 half-time deficit as Blackheath scrum-half Jack Walsh was binned.
Bozzard got his second on 52 minutes with Davies off target as the London outfit lost loose head James Cleverley to the bin and Cinderford centre Robbie Winchle rubbed it in with number four.
Davies converted on 56 minutes before team-mate Luke Allen was shown a yellow a minute later and lock Ben West dotted down at the death with Davies brilliantly converted.
