Cinderford RFC video: Ball retention was key for Deacon
CINDERFORD director of rugby Andy Deacon says his side did not keep the ball enough in their biggest defeat of the National One season.
The Foresters lost 53-20 at former Premiership side Richmond last Saturday after conceding seven tries and Deacon says his men were guilty of turning over possession too easily.
Deacon's side went down to 14 men on the hour when prop Nick Selway went off injured and they had used all their replacements but the former Gloucester man said it did not affect the result.
