Cinderford's Ben West to make first England Counties start
Ben West makes his first England Counties start against French Federale at Ealing Trailfinders tomorrow (7pm).
The Cinderford lock is one of four changes to the team who fought back from 20-8 against Ireland Club XV two weeks ago only to lose 30-20 in extra time.

The Counties are the first of five England teams to take on French opposition this weekend and will be hoping to get the red rose off to a winning start.
Joining West in the team is Cinderford team-mate Jack Adams and former Forester Rory Teague, now of Blackheath, who will also don the Red Rose for the match.
