City MP Richard Graham slams railway station lifts that don't work
Calls to get the new lifts at Gloucester railway station up and running have been backed by city MP Richard Graham.
The lifts were installed last year as part of a £2million revamp of the station to improve access.
But they have never been made operational.
Mr Graham has written to David Higgins, chief executive of Network Rail, who are responsible for the lifts.
Gents, come in to Earl's & Co and enjoy a haircut and finish, glass of whisky and a shoeshine for £18.50

In his letter he said: "Ours is the only city railway station I know of without a passenger lift to help elderly or disabled passengers cross from one platform to another.
"It is a whole five years since I first campaigned for a new lift and two years since the new government provided funding for it."
Network Rail say the lifts will be working within days.
