Class gives women skills to defend themselves
WOMEN in Cheltenham who are looking to keep themselves safe will now be equipped to do so.
A new self-defence course, designed to help women protect themselves, has been set up by a Taekwando black belt from Cheltenham.
Father-of-two Lee Trunks, 36, is starting the class at Combined Defensive Arts in Lansdown Industrial Estate.
Lee said: "I have got a number of female friends and, although some of them might not be into fitness, they were very interested in learning how to defend themselves.
