"The first half we were second best and bullied all over the park, and after getting ourselves into the lead we self destructed and to be fair at half-time the game could have and should have been over in their favour."
Two goals from Craig Jones, one a superb volley the other a header, turned the game on its head inside ten minutes as the Baros took the lead.
But the rest of the half belonged to Minsterworth and they could have scored each time they attacked.
As it was they scored four and left the half-time score 4-2.
Cleal changed things round at half-time, bringing James Vercesi on and switching formation to a 3-4-3.
The change paid off as the second half was dominated by the visitors with wave after wave of attacks and Jones kept his superb scoring record going, bagging another header and a tap-in following some good work down the left by Vercesi.
As Minsterworth reverted to counter attacking and their chances were kept to a minimum it looked like there would only be one winner as the home side became frustrated and were reduced to ten men with 15 minutes to go when they had their midfielder sent off for a second yellow for dissent.
However the home side won the game when the Baros failed to clear a ball.
The Minsterworth winger cut inside and drove the ball into the top corner from 20 yards to win the game.
Cleal said: "We left ourselves a mountain to climb against a strong and experienced side."
