Pensioner suffers serious injuries in Hucclecote road accident
AN 86-YEAR-OLD man is in Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with life threatening injuries after being involved in a serious collision during yesterday's morning rush hour.
He was crossing the road in Hucclecote, Glenville Parade when he was struck by a black Ford Galaxy in Hucclecote Road, at around 7.45am.
The road was closed for around three hours while a collision investigation took place.
Any witnesses to the collision who have not already spoken to police are urged to contact Gloucestershire Police on the 101 non emergency telephone number and quote incident 32 of November 7.
