Converge and Piandi in merger
STAVERTON-BASED Converge Networks has merged with Worcestershire IT service provider Piandi Technology.
The new company will be known as Converge Technology Limited and will be based at Staverton Technology Park

Converge says the newly-expanded team will have more skills and resources to help businesses with their IT infrastructure and support requirements.
Martyn Smith, managing director of Converge Networks, said: "The coming together of these highly-respected business technology companies will allow us to take our service offerings to the next level.

Services will cover the full range of business and retail IT support and solutions, including infrastructure, networks, mobile devices, telecommunications, service management, and cloud services.
The Converge Networks brand will live on as the cabling and network side of the combined business and will continue to trade under this name.
Piandi Technology had recently joined forces with Cheltenham based Systematix, which will form part of the combined company.
