Cooking up life skills in food lessons
Children are being taught how to improve their social skills through cooking.
Staff at Tewkesbury School are helping a wide range of youngsters, from Year 7 to 13, to improve their life skills.

Teaching assistant Jo Fowler said a mix of pupils were being helped by the scheme.
She said the children were getting involved with the community by firstly planning meals, then going to the supermarket to buy the ingredients and finally going back to the school to cook the food.
