MARK Cornwell will have overall control of Cinderford's first-team next season.

This year, Cornwell has liaised closely with director of operations Pete Glanville on all rugby matters.

Cornwell has now been given the new job title of head coach and will have the final say on all selection and coaching issues.

Phil Greenaway, who was backs coach this season, becomes Cornwell's number two.

Pete Glanville's job title hasn't changed, but his responsibilities now lie solely with off-the-field matters, organising and managing club and first-team issues.

Andy Deacon remains a specialist forwards coach but again his role is expected to change next season – with a greater emphasis on working with players below first-team level.
