Costume kids booked
CHARACTERS from books including Lord of the Rings and Great Expectations will be milling around a Gloucester school this week.
Staff at St Peter's High School, in Stroud Road, will be celebrating World Book Day on Thursday by dressing up as book characters.
The costumes will be based on those from a number of texts studied at the school, also including A Streetcar named Desire and Holes.
There will also be book swaps, quizzes, and collections for the charity Book Aid.
