Crash causes rush hour traffic queues in Stroud

A TWO car crash caused long tailbacks of vehicles around the busy Tom Long's Post in Stroud.

Neither driver involved suffered life threatening or changing injuries police said after the smash on Minchinhampton Common at around eight am today.

A 23 year old woman from Chipping Campden in a blue Ford Ka and an older female from Stonehouse in a green Ford Fiesta were involved.

Officers from Gloucestershire Constabulary directed traffic around the incident in an attempt to keep it flowing freely.
