Dinner time for primary school pupils
SCHOOL dinners are on the menu for the first time for Up Hatherley youngsters.
Greatfield Park Primary does not have the space to make its own hot meals, but it has now found a school dinner company that will deliver hot food at lunchtime.

So far pupils have been served up pasta and Bolognese, roast dinner, jacket potatoes and pies.
Headteacher Nikki Hill said: "It has been absolutely lovely and we have had around 60 to 70 children take it up and the atmosphere has been brilliant.

"Each meal is homemade and nutritionally balanced and all include vegetables.
"A lot of the children have said how they are concentrating more in the afternoons and it is great for working parents to know their children have had a hot meal.
"Some of the staff have even taken up the option."
