Disabled dance way to fitness
DISABLED and able-bodied young people who have been inspired by the Paralympics are now well on the way to getting fit.
Many people from across Gloucester have been having fun at GDance's open classes.
The fun, creative classes are designed to help them reach their potential in dance, to increase confidence, creativity and levels of fitness, flexibility and mobility.
Sessions run from 5.30pm for one hour on Mondays at City Works, in Alfred Street.

The classes are to be led by experienced G Dance teachers.
