Does new law apply to protecting our families?
FOLLOWING David Cameron's conference announcement that the law would be coming a lot more lenient in how homeowners dealing with intruders into personal property, I was wondering why this might not also apply to one's family?
If my daughter had been abducted and the miscreant refused to reveal information about her location, I would love to be invited to a private meeting with him, preferably in a soundproof room, where I might extract this information, thus helping the police with their inquiries.
