STAUNTON's Bryony Goodwin won the top two tests on offer at Abbey Dressage's affiliated meeting at Fiddington, with impressive scores in both.

Goodwin headed the elementary 43 test on 73.75 per cent, with judge Sue Duffy putting her well clear of the field, and then topped the Elementary 59 summer qualifier on 70 per cent.

Her partner in both was the mare Hawtins Floriana who has enjoyed a fine winning streak since the middle of 2011 and has qualified for the National Winter Championship regional finals.

Jack Palfreyman was also a double winner on Chevalier O, who gained the day's top mark of 75.36 per cent in the Novice 37 test. Other winners included Southam's Sue Ford and Stonehouse-based trainer Ali Fernyhough, on the black four-year-old warmblood Chateau.
